Carissa brings 18+ years of experience across AR networks and brokerages including Ausure, CBN, Envest, Planned Cover, ARMA, and Aviso. She’s led complex migrations (200+ ARs, 900+ users), managed Steadfast tech support for thousands of users, and worked across nearly every major broking system in Australia.
Carissa specialises in system functionality, data management, and best-practice process design, with a track record of restructuring teams, creating comprehensive processes, and driving adoption of new systems. Known for her ability to bridge the gap between business leaders, system vendors, and end users, she ensures transitions run smoothly and deliver long-term operational success.
Alexandra Mansted
Alexandra brings 16+ years across broking, operations, and consulting, with a focus on leadership, process optimisation, and growth strategy. She partners with business leaders to identify inefficiencies, redesign processes, and implement strategies that create more space for growth.
Alexandra is known for her ability to simplify complexity, align teams, and deliver projects that not only improve operations but also drive revenue. She has worked across AR networks, large corporates, and medium to small brokerages, including Insurance Brands Australia, Network Insurance Group, Gallagher, Honan Insurance Group, Aon & Envest. This breadth of experience gives her a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities that businesses of all sizes face.
